Waiting List Update

This will be the first of a few updates concerning the waiting list here at CUA Law. Each of our wait-listed candidates should have received a Waiting List Frequently Asked Questions sheet with their decision letter, so please notify us if you did not. Popular questions about waiting list rankings, waiting list size and submitting additional materials are addressed with the best information we can provide.

At this point we anticipate that the committee will begin to review waiting list files as early as May 15th. If the committee wishes to offer admission to a waiting list candidate, the candidate will be contacted via email by our director. If the candidate accepts the offer of admission, they will then be asked to submit a $600.00 seat deposit.

While you are on the waiting list, you are welcome to submit additional materials for your file. Everything except official transcripts and letters of recommendation can be submitted as an attachment via email to admissions@law.edu or faxed to 202-319-6285. Every document sent to our office should have your current full name on it, and while it is not required, we also recommend that you include your LSAC ID.

The deadline to return your waiting list intention form is May 12th. Applicants who have not filled out and submitted a waiting list intention form will be withdrawn from the waiting list.
